Training Options
Lessons
1 Hour 1:1 lessons are offered weekly. Individually structured to advance pitcher mechanics, speed and pitches. Most effective training format for learning.
Pitch Development
Usually following an advanced assessment, in depth work improving spin direction, and spin efficiency for a pitch. 1:1 1 hour.
Catchers?
I cannot teach and coach. Everyone must bring a catcher. For young kids I greatly prefer a parent.
Basic Assessment
1hour pitching assessment of basic mechanics. Two axis video camera analysis of core mechanics and voice over review of areas needing attention.
Intermediate Assessments
Intermediate Assessment is a 2 hour video and pitchlogic and radar assessment. Pitcher will receive video analysis and measurements on fastball, change and one other pitch using the pitchlogic system. Assessment is not a training session but snapshot of where a pitcher is today.
Advanced Assessment
Intended for the pitcher who is confident that their base mechanics are solid and wants an in depth review of spin and movement on the rapsodo or pitchlogic systems. 90 minute pitching sessions and 30 min review of data. Baseline fastball/change and 2-4 advanced pitches. Review will include discussion of spin physics and understanding reports.
HS Bullpens - coming fall 2026
90 minute bullpen and workout. Intended as a lower cost workout session in a group format. Drill and work on your lessons homework and build strength with weight program. Competitive and mental training elements. 3-5 pitchers. HS level and advanced younger players with approval. Bullpens are coached but not intended as “lessons”.
MS Bullpens - coming fall 2026
Similar to above but 75 minute session and workout. Greater emphasis on drilling 1 -2 pitches and core strength development. 3-5 pitchers. MS age level and advanced younger players with approval.

Availability
Currently Wednesday Pm and Sunday, September to June, Wednesdays only during summer game season. Starting 9/26 will be adding Saturday sessions. Most lesson slots are regular and booked in advance. Bullpens will be booked in 6 week sessions. Assessments on a as requested basis.
Costs & Location
Lessons – $50, Bullpens ( 6 sessions) $120, Assessments, $60-90. Includes my time, space rental, equipment use, free subscription to paid video app, assessments get 1 year access to pitch logic paid app. I have a dedicated fully equipped pitching lane in Mentor Ohio, and access to a 6000 ft softball facility for bullpens.
